To ensure your satisfaction, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• The product is in the same packaging in which it was received.
• You retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Opened or used cosmetic products.
• Products sold at final discounts (clearance).
• If the product is damaged due to misuse.

Return Process:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or through your account within 14 days.
2. We will review the request and arrange for the return shipping with the courier company.
3. After inspecting the product, we will refund the amount either in cash or as a credit on the site within 7 working days (after deducting shipping costs).
